Terms of service

These terms form an agreement between you and Monmaks d.o.o., operator of DressMate. By creating an account you accept them.

The service

DressMate is a recommendation service. We show clothing from third-party retailers and rank it against the style profile you provide. We are not a shop: we hold no stock, we do not take payment for products, and we are not a party to any purchase you make.

Accounts

You must be 16 or older to create an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and the information in your profile accurate. We may suspend accounts used for scraping, resale of our data, or any unlawful purpose.

Recommendations and product information

Prices, availability, sizing, images and descriptions come from retailer and affiliate network feeds and can change or be wrong. Always check the details on the retailer's own page before buying. Match scores are an automated estimate of fit with your stated preferences, not advice or a guarantee of suitability.

Purchases, delivery and returns

Every purchase is a contract between you and the retailer. Payment, shipping, warranty, exchanges, refunds and returns are handled entirely by that retailer under their own terms and their statutory return period. DressMate cannot process an order, change an order, issue a refund or accept a returned item. Contact the retailer's customer service first; if you cannot reach them, write to us and we will point you to the right channel.

Affiliate links

Some outbound links are affiliate links and earn us a commission. This never changes the price you pay and never influences a match score. See the affiliate disclosure for detail.

Your content

You keep ownership of the wardrobe photos and profile details you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store and process them solely to operate the service for you. Do not upload content you have no right to use.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any issue arising from a retailer's products, delivery or conduct. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect. You can close your account at any time from Settings.
